From Dovje -Mojstrana we recommend the route through Radovna valley to Bled.The starting point for this trip is the Pokljuka plateau - 20 km from Bled.Several trails lead off from Pokljuka to Lipanca, and the signs along the forest tracks, the turn-offs and markers are clear and easily visible.Lipanca itself -1633m- is an easy hour's walk from the start, and it is only longer if you start from Goreljka, with the trail running across the Planina Javornik pasture for some two hours.The Lipanca pasture is a starting point for several easy hikes to teh surroundings hilltops,which offer wonderful views of the Triglav group, the Bohinj mountains,the Karavanke and Bled.From Lipanca the trail leads first gently towards the north, then climbs steeply to an intersection.Further on the right there are signs and markers for Debela peč.Once on the broad ridge, the trail leads only to the north and the clearly visible summit.The way back takes the same route or some other well marked trail to Lipanca and starting point.
